Cre@te Referral Program Terms

Overview
The Cre@te Referral Program is intended to reward individuals and partners who introduce new business opportunities to Create At LLP (“Cre@te,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
This program is relationship-driven and designed to remain simple, flexible, and fair for all parties involved.
Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the following terms.
Eligibility
The program is open to individuals, clients, partners, and other approved referral sources.
Self-referrals are not permitted. Referrals for companies owned or directly employed by the referring party may be denied at Cre@te’s discretion.
Qualifying Referrals
A qualifying referral must:
- Be a net-new client not previously closed by Cre@te
- Include a meaningful introduction, opportunity, or business context
- Result in a successfully closed and paid project within 12 months of referral submission
Submitting random company names, purchased lists, scraped contacts, or low-value bulk submissions does not constitute a valid referral.
Cre@te reserves the right to determine referral validity and qualification at its sole discretion.
Referral Rewards
Approved referrals are eligible for:
- 20% of qualifying services revenue on the first project
- 10% of qualifying services revenue on all future work with the same client
The ongoing 10% applies to future projects completed for the referred client unless otherwise modified or terminated by Cre@te.
Services Revenue Definition
Referral payouts apply only to qualifying services revenue.
Eligible services may include:
- Branding
- Creative Design
- Website Development
- Strategy & Consulting
- Hosting
- Retainers
- Expo / Trade Show Design Services
Excluded items include, but are not limited to:
- Printing
- Physical fabrication
- Booth materials
- Hardware
- Third-party vendor costs
- Pass-through expenses
- Stock assets or external purchases
Cre@te retains sole discretion in determining qualifying revenue allocation on mixed-service projects.
Payment Terms
Referral rewards are paid only after client invoices have been successfully paid and funds have cleared into Cre@te accounts.
Payments are typically issued shortly after payment collection. However, Cre@te reserves the right to consolidate recurring or high-volume referral payouts into scheduled monthly payment batches.
Preferred payment method is Zelle unless otherwise agreed.
Cre@te Credit Option
In lieu of cash payout, referral participants may elect to receive 2x value as Cre@te service credit.
Example:
A $200 referral payout may be converted into $400 of Cre@te credit.
Cre@te credit:
- Does not expire
- Is non-transferable
- May be used toward eligible Cre@te services
Cre@te reserves the right to determine service eligibility for credit redemption.
Referral Attribution
Referral attribution is determined by Cre@te.
In cases involving multiple referral claims, Cre@te may:
- Award attribution to the earliest qualifying referral
- Split referral rewards between parties
- Deny referral claims that cannot be reasonably verified
Cre@te decisions regarding attribution are final.
Taxes
Referral participants are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or liabilities arising from referral payments or credits received through the program.
Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse
Cre@te reserves the right to deny, revoke, or terminate participation for any referral activity deemed fraudulent, abusive, misleading, manipulative, or inconsistent with the intent of the program.
Program Changes & Termination
Cre@te reserves the right to:
- Modify these terms
- Adjust referral percentages
- Change payout structures
- Pause or terminate the program
- Approve or deny referrals at its discretion
Changes may occur without prior notice.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Washington.
