Cre@te teamed with WilhelmAI to craft a sharp-looking, budget-friendly booth for the medical tech firm's showing at AHRA 2026.
WilhelmAI, a medical imaging tech company based in California, connected with Cre@te for assistance in building an exhibit display for their 10x10 booth at the AHRA 2026 conference. Cre@te’s design team put together a simple yet eye-catching setup that is low-cost, adaptable, and complimentary to the firm's brand identity.
The Cre@te team worked directly with the firm's founder George Habash, ensuring clear communication and direction for the project resulting in quick turnaround times for mockups and revisions.
With hardware quality being a primary concern, Cre@te facilitated communications between WilhelmAI and the vendor to help choose the right setup for the client, electing for a higher quality modular silver frame kit.
The Cre@te design team leveraged WilhelmAI's existing branding to create a strong key visual for the booth's backdrop. The photography references the firm's Bay Area roots while the orange accents pop effectively against the dark background.
Large bold taglines included on the backdrop and table throw communicate WilhelmAI's role in advancing medical imaging technology to expo visitors and potential investors.
In addition to the booth setup, Cre@te also assisted in the production of giveaway items for the client's exhibit, including branded badge reels, MRI-shaped stress balls, pens and more.
