Cre@te and TOKYOPOP team up to promote the new series Eleceed with a visually captivating exhibit booth for Anime Expo 2026.
Cre@te aligned with our exhibit booth partners at Universal Exhibit Services (UES) to design and execute an exhibit booth for TOKYOPOP, a distributor, licensor and publisher of anime and manga in North America. This 20x20 space was created for display at the 2026 Anime Expo in Los Angeles.
Originally planned as a split space for TOKYOPOP and their strategic partners MBC Group, the focus shifted to showcase Eleceed, an upcoming anime series based on a popular South Korean graphic novel.
Cre@te facilitated communications between the USA design team and the clients' representatives in Japan, enabling clear communication and direction despite language barriers and a 14-hour time difference.
Cre@te's designers worked with Eleceed's producers to develop some eye-catching visuals for the booth walls, utilizing character artwork, backgrounds and other imagery from the series provided to the team.
Cre@te and UES navigated through multiple design changes and schedule constraints to produce and deliver the booth components on time and under budget.
Multiple TV monitors enticed attendees with preview clips and call-to-action content, while giveaway items via a spinning prize wheel left lasting impressions on visitors.
